What You’ll Do
* Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires.
* Support employee engagement activities to keep the workplace buzzing.
* Assist in HR operations – attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance.
* Act as the go-to person for employee queries, feedback, and support.
* Work on performance management and career development initiatives.
* Collaborate with leadership to build HR strategies and policies.
* Promote a positive, inclusive, and motivating work culture.
Who We’re Looking For
* Freshers or graduates in HR/Management (MBA/BBA preferred, but open to all with passion).
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
* Organized, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
* Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
* Prior internship or experience in HR/recruitment is a plus.
